I am still angry. How they fuck is she going to lie and say that she has been calling for weeks when the last time she called was weeks ago and then she didn’t answer when I called back.
Then she brought my niece over and her boyfriend wouldn’t let me hold her or even talk to her.
Then me and my sister got into a shouting match because her life is fucked up.

The day was fine until my sister showed up her boyfriend and daughter.

I have been using the Nike Training Club app for four days. I do Shawn Johnson’s stretch guide first thing in the morning and before my evening workout. I also do Gabby Douglas’ workout also because it is low intensity even though side planks of any kind are evil.

Today is one of those days that I just quit. Too many people comparing me to more successful former friends. People disappointed in me for not being what they thought I would be. And no way to escape it all.

She is gone. Then some one from an actual school approached them. She ha the tell-tale signs of “you can’t get in my school” in her voice.
This woman just told him not to pay attention to other religions.
This woman is talking to this guy and his dad about college. I hear the absolute scam in her voice. I hope they are not paying her. I would not give her a dime.

Getting back in the grove

I got up this morning and actually stayed out of bed after I took the trash out. I then took the bus to the closest track and walked around it twice.
Total distance: 2.6 miles
My goal is to be able to walk, jog, walk the track and walk to and from the track. That adds 2.2 miles and has two big hills.
So the actual goal is:
- 1.1 miles walking
- 1.3 walking, jogging, walking
...
I am really excelling in my design courses… I am talking 52/45 and 100%s everywhere
