I give these yarn braids another two weeks. The last time I left any braids in for two months or longer was when I had them professionally done.

Back from shopping
I really hope it rains so that I can take a good nap. There is a new BBQ place downtown that does Carolina and Texas style. And it is fairly cheap. I am also telling myself that it is healthier than fried chicken.
Going to the mall with my mother
She has to get a dress and some shoes for the funeral. Hopefully I can get some new shorts out of this excursion.

I almost left my cat outside
in a severe thunderstorm
She is grey/gray and it was dark. I thought she went inside with the other cat but Diamondd was sitting on the stairs alone.
When I went back outside to get Dusty, she was sitting in the patio chair eating a leaf.

These yarn braids are boring me
But I am well aware of the fact that my hair is doing well with the hairstyle. I took two of them out just to see the status of my hair and it was amazing. It was soft and shiny. I am just going to keep up with my Come Back Hair on my edges and spraying my oil and water where my hair is.
The biggest issue I have with my hair is that it is too short to do much with.

Washed my yarn braids
They weren’t that heavy when they were really wet and they are drying quickly.
So my great uncle just died... well yesterday
He was my mother’s favorite uncle and my best cousin’s grandfather. My cousin already lost her mother right before her high school graduation.
I hate funerals so much. They really freak me out.
I found out through Facebook which make it worse. I have an older cousin on FB that is going to give me hell for liking a post about a friend’s makeup instead of a post saying RIP UNCLE...

Pam and Tara's relationship
A key factor to any relationship is knowing how far someone will go for the sake of the other.
Both Tara and Pam have? had? people whom they would die for under the notion that the other person would do the same. I have said this before. But now they are at points in their lives in which they are dealing with the fact that they now have a person that is biologically inclined to be there for them....

Time to finish these yarn braids
It is taking me no longer than it would if I was doing box braids or kinky twists. I still have half the front and the middle to do and I am still on the first roll of yarn.
